This Hart therapist has extensive experience working with parents who are going through separation and can assist with negotiating separation, co-parenting and developing parenting plans, mediation and counselling. She has an interest in all kinds of relationships and strengthening communication and bonds.
She also enjoys running workshops for couples with topics such as communication, defence patterns, life stages and life cycles and how they impact on our relationships as well as understanding and building relational resilience for sustaining and nourishing our relationship, workshops for parents and for children affected by separation.
